I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Charlene and Martha, who truly made my stay memorable. The rooms were excellent and very clean. However, the lazy river could use some cleaning, and the swimming pool depth didn't suit everyone. Overall, it was a delightful stay with top-notch service and dining options.
